All out-of-town students will be provided sleeping accommodations.  However, children under 9

MUST be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.  Due to our limited sleeping facilities,

it is suggested that parents with children 9 and under bring a tent or camper.  We have water/electrical hookups available and space provided for tents.   There are also hotel accommodations located in Jasper.

CHEERFUL VOLUNTEERS  - IN ORDER TO CONDUCT THE SINGING SCHOOL, ONGOING WORK EVERY DAY IS REQUIRED OF ALL WHO ARE ABLE.  Duties assigned and/or volunteered for must be completed.  These include, but are not limited to, food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, table and chair set-up, sweeping, grounds cleanup, bathroom maintenance, class area set-ups, assemblies and class areas cleanliness and neatness, etc.  We encourage each one to do his/her part “as unto the Lord.” (Col. 3:23).  We will have mandatory chores/responsibilities for the students to complete each day/night as well as sign-up sheets for meal serving.

Adults – If you have a desire to help during the week, we will have sign-up sheets available in the lunchroom to enable you to sign-up for specific times for meal prep/clean-up & other job duties.  Please take the time to sign-up for a specific time so that we may be more orderly in our work.
